Our TLC Tour – Itinerary Travel At It’s Finest
You may be asking what is itinerary travel? If so, you have come to the right place to find your answer. Itinerary travel is where someone else has mapped out the trip and how to get to and from each site. This removes almost all the planning and stress from your trip so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation.
This is a great travel option whether you are traveling within your home country or internationally. Traveling with a tour guide is a great way to get to know the area when you first arrive. If you are traveling internationally and do not speak the language of the country this option is good for you too. This way you can learn about what you are seeing with a tour guide who speaks your language.
The great thing about having your trip planned with someone is that if you are close to home, you get to see things from a new point of view. At Dixie Ellis, we love being able to meet new people, interact with them, and build lasting connections.
Why Itinerary Travel?
If you have ever traveled before you may know that planning everything out is a lot of work and can be stressful. This can take all of the fun out of your trip when you are constantly stressing about what is next or how to get there. It is also hard to make sure that every step of the trip is planned out. You could easily forget that you need transport to and from the airport or to get to your hotel.
Travel agencies have noticed that this is a major struggle for people while traveling. To close this gap, tour agencies have come up with excursions that take care of everything. This includes sites, tickets, transportation, and food. These travel options can last a couple of hours or can last several days. This lets you choose what is going to fit in best with your travel schedule.
Itinerary Travel: Great For Everyone
Whether you are a seasoned traveler or a novice traveler, itinerary travel can be for you. There are occasionally times that you just want to see the sites and not have to worry about anything else. Choosing a tour package is a great way to see sites and only worry about arriving at the meeting point on time. If you have a family and want to take on the dream of having a family trip, a tour takes out the headache of getting everything organized. All you have to worry about is your family and making sure they are taken care of.
If you are a seasoned traveler, you may think that you are above tour travel because it is only for tourists. Think again. Tour groups are a great way to meet fellow travelers. There are packages, such as our TLC Tour, that only last half a day or a day at the most. This is a great way to take a break and give yourself some time to rest. Take a nap on the bus and catch up on some sleep. This allows you to see sites and still adventure in the great outdoors.

We start at our office then head out to Lower Antelope Canyon. From there we head to Navajo National Monument, go to lunch at Goulding’s Stagecoach Restaurant, and end with Monument Valley. We drive back and end at our office.
